Please read and understand this:
From this page you will be able to pre-register for the upcoming event using PayPal. After doing so, when you go to signup, all you will have to do is to show your AMA and District cards. Your score card will already be filled out.

Minors must do one of the following:

1. Show the AMA Annual Minor release card. Available here: AMA Annual
2. Be prepared to fill out the minor release form at signup.

Where it says Signature Required, if you have a touch screen you can sign on the screen.
If you don't have have a touch screen then click the Type button on the top right of the signature box and type your name.
